Returns Policy

With the exception of special orders and earrings, all items may be returned for full refund (excluding postage and packaging charges); provided that this is done within 15 working days of receipt and the goods are in their original packaging. Returns after this date are at my discretion.

Defective goods may be returned for exchange or full refund, provided that they are returned to us within 15 working days of receipt and in original packaging.
